I’m a realtor and needed an inspection item to be addressed before a deadline . Kirstin in (the front office) and Brian (in the field) worked together to get to the house where Brian channeled his inner wizard and sorted out the problem. It’s an old house and Brian was able to get everything working before deadline and save the seller money. Can’t recommend enough.

We had a minor issue with our furnace when the first cold winter weather occurred. Justin from the TechnicAir team came out the very next morning, quickly and competently resolved the issue, and (without our asking) opened up the furnace to make sure everything else was working in tip-top shape. Not only that, he happily answered our many other questions about the furnace and A/C system, and he was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Brian saved the day! We had renters moving into our rental property in the evening, and the furnace was not turning on. I called Brian and he was able to come out within a couple hours and got it back up and running. Very friendly and funny, which made the experience enjoyable. Also went out of his way when we asked if he could install a new thermostat we had as he was getting ready to leave. He went above and beyond and will be calling him every time!

Terence came over on short notice and was able to get our furnace running again very quickly. It turned out to be a quick fix- cleaning a sensor. He also showed me where it was so I could clean it if the problem arose again. Very impressed with the seri.

I had my furnace inspected/serviced by another company and was quoted $1500 in major repairs and told it would be best to buy a new unit. I contacted Technic Air Mechanical to get an estimate on a furnace. Brian took a look at my furnace and showed me exactly what the problem was - really just needed to be vacuumed/cleaned out and now runs much better. Instead of trying to make a sale by telling me to replace my unit like 3 other companies did prior, he said it would likely last 2 more years and I could wait if I wanted. It was clear Brian has a great deal of experience. With the other companies that came by, I questioned if they saw me as an easy opportunity for a sale because I’m a young female that doesn’t know much about furnaces. Brian educated me on what the problem was and my options as if I was a family friend he was giving advice to. I rarely leave reviews but I don’t want other people to get taken advantage of by other companies out there because TAM knows their stuff, are honest and offer fair pricing. They will be getting my business in the future!
